A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Morning
Unfortunately, the pickup schedule won't work since we need a very specific time for pick up. The pallets are on a very busy street ( Madison Ave), and we can't have them on the sidewalk. We appreciate the diligence of your team, but this time it won't work. We will have to move the pallet to a different location and rearrange the shipping.
Once we have the new location, we will contact you back

AMAZING!!!!!! Chad is incredible, he took extra care with our old and HEAVY furniture, he arrived on time, was flexible enough with the pickup and delivery. Our home is on a narrow and steep dirt road, he brought his truck and trailer and figurate a way to make it all the way, he is incredible. THANK YOU, thank you, thank you.
