I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment This customer has been very good to work with, however this is an international pet transport & there is already a pet transport company involved that has made me very uncomfortable; the company that is to receive the dog in Denver has had a history of fraud, scams & costumer manipulation & is currently under investigation by the FTC & has very negative reviews by the BBB. The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The GOOD: The rep from Aspen Hound Haulers was professional & courteous in comms leading up to his cancellation request. I was excited to work w/him and had no reason to distrust. He responded quickly to every communication. The BAD: The rep notified me Saturday (00:15!) about concerns he had regarding our shipping agent. He then requested a cancellation - w/o talking to me. It's Sun morning and he hasn't replied to any msgs or emails. Flight is booked & leaves Tues! We depended on him...
