The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Driver did not have a valid/current drivers license. Response from aroundtownmovers: My apologies to the customer. Pick up driver had lost or miss place current DL and had not had time to go to DMV to get a replace DL at that time. Driver did have an older DL in hand to suffice if needed.

Communicaton around pickup and delivery was very good but scooter was delivered with a dead battery because key was left in the on position (apparently for several days) so I now have to purchase a new battery. Response from tacks: Given the opportunity I would have covered the cost of the battery or better yet a charger. I did not see any light on the dashboard after I loaded it so it must have had a park mode and I did not notice the light on since it was daylight when I loaded it. Bottom line it was running when I loaded it and not running when I dropped it off, and I do take responsibility for this. I have emailed the customer and asked him for the opportunity to make this right, Simon
