The guy is rude and cheap. We ran into issues and the guy was not understanding at all. He kept thinking he paid a lot for delivery when in fact we gave him about a 50% discount from what we normally do for this type of job. CHEAP guy with SUPER EXPECTATIONS. Go figure, its always the cheapest people that expect the world.

11/20 agreed 600 for delivery Dec 1. I did all the packing and wrap.
11/25- picked up
Dec 1- no news.
Dec 4- I followed up and promised delivery Dec 5
Dec 5- no staff to deliver
Dec 6- couch was apparently in the wrong truck. Undelivered.
Dec 7- filed a complaint. Called their phone number 6x. No answer.
Dec 7 11AM delivered.
Go figure.
