Lomeli CS stepped up after the first shipper backed out of our agreement. LCS was friendly, communicated well during the transport and did it all in one day. We would highly recommend this shipper!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I would give this shipper a zero if possible. He said he would do the job and canceled after first not picking up our things and then formally canceled after saying he would do it 3 days later. Totally unreliable.
