The lady we hauled for was very nice, helped us load. The son was also very nice. He helped us load and unload. We were paid half at pick up and half when the job was completed like agreed.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My grandson's mother was taken for emergency surgery to Cleveland clinic and I will be watching my grandson who is also sick. I will not be able to prepare items for move as planned.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service Provider emailed me and said he would pick up on 1/28. Did not show. I emailed him again and received no response. Need to cancel so that I can get someone to pick up and deliver this shipment.

Guys did an OUTSTANDING JOB!! They were patient as we did some last minute packing. They took care of all the moving and packing and were very careful with everything. We can't say enough positive about them!
