Shipment promised Friday, arrived following Wednesday. UPS called hang up and state they made no contact, I immediately called back and learned of the input. UPS promised Friday, then Monday too. UShip debited an additional $40+ which when I contacted UPS they would not discuss stating I was not the shipper. I just don't have the time to chase USHIP over this, though beware. I would use UPS but directly next time and not count on their promised delivery date. Arrived, street dropoff COVID.
