Lawrence and Shannel are the best, hands down. They submitted a very competitive bid and communicated throughout the shipping process. Shannel took great care of my bike, loading and unloading very carefully. My bike was low, and she made adjustments to load it without issue. There's nothing ARBLOC could have done to make the transaction any smoother or better. They offer fast shipping at competitive rates and provide the best customer service possible. Absolutely amazing.

This broker shipped cheap, and with them you get what you pay for. I wasn't present at pickup so customer service worked with me in order to make sure it went smooth. They always acted rushed and weren't polite. Made you feel like just another pay day. Upon delivery the driver showed up late at night. One car had damage in multiple places. I pointed out the damage and the driver didn't even speak English to know what I was saying. I would never use this broker again and wouldn't recommend them.

Yes. We were the lowest bid. But we use quality contractors, who have tons of experience. We screen and make sure every driver speaks proper English. We apologize that the customer felt this way, but he did not take the time to communicate that with us either. We have management available to every customer for this reason. Also- no damage was reported to us-if it had been, then we would have begun the claims process with the client. This was unnecessary.A phone call to us would have been better.

Overall my experience was good. The shipper provided service for a very acceptable price. Communication was fair, and could have been better. Also the shipper had some issues with being on time. The vehicle was also supposed to be shipped in an enclosed trailer and was not. It was very dirty when I recieved it. The shipper did however take good care of the car aside from being dirty. Bottom line I recieved my vehicle in good condition in a reasonable amount of time. Fair service for fair price.
