Do not give this company your credit card information. You will never pay what they quote. They will charge you over and over. For THEIR mistakes. Once they have screwed you over, they will tell you will get a refund. Good luck getting that. DO NOT trust this company with your goods or money. They are just a broker, and a very unreliable service provider.
They also have several names. Beware!
It took months to get something due to their inability to meet the requirements. Response from SPLAgent: You were charged for rebills due to many multiple missed pickups where our driver was turned away without freight because your contact didn't have our BOL paperwork on hand. We are a freight broker as stated in our uship profile. I'm sorry you did not read it. Your shipment was indeed delayed a month because, as we've explained multiple times to you, your contact refused to print out our paperwork and so the driver could not complete a pickup. Thanks for your business.
