I had forgotten to tell the shipper that my daughter lived in a second floor apartment; delivery was worked out by shipper dropping off at first floor. Everything was OK. Arbiesteam was very nice shipper to work with and I will definitely use them again.

First part of move (picking up) is complete. The furniture will be delivered to my daughter in September. David did a good job, careful, tied everything down well in his truck, all wrapped in shipping blankets. I feel confident that the furniture will be delivered to my daughter in excellent condition.

Michael was a hard worker and did a nice job. It was an awful day for a move - pouring rain - he never complained just kept on working. Good job!

There was a 2 day delay on the pickup date. I became a little concerned as the day wore on towards evening and the cats had not been picked up yet. But the cats were picked up and delivered to my Mom in TN 3 days later in great shape.All-in-all a good outcome. I think my Mom's cats were much less stressed than if we had shipped them by air. I would not hesitate to do this again!
