Mark is awesome! Great communication throughout the entire process and responded to any/all questions quickly. Prior to bid acceptance, he let me know exactly when he would be picking up and when he would be delivering and stuck to the agenda - all while keeping me informed throughout his trip. I personally watched him load another bike after dropping mine off and he takes great care of his cargo. I definitely recommend his service and would not hesitate to use him for future shipments. The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This was a terrible experience from start to finish.
First of all, this service provider has the communication skills of a three year old. I've sent at least 10 emsils, 5 texts and dozens of calls that resulted in 90% having no response. When I do get in touch, I get the biggest load of run-a-round bs I've ever heard. You can clearly tell this guy is lying (for reasons other than never texting or calling like he says) by the way he conducts himself. I've been very patient with him and his in
