The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I arrived to pick up shipment, and shipment was much larger than discribed. Listing, and associated paperwork discribed 16boxes, each 24"x24"x6", but when I arrived, there were two skids containing over 20 items, including two mounted to tables. I wish I could service this shipment because shipper was very kind and communicated well. He purchased the items blindly and wasn't aware of the actual size of the items, so I do not hold anything against the shipper. The receivers at the pickup location

Shipper purchased items and needed them delivered. I showed up to pick up items, but the items were much larger than listed and pictured. I felt bad because this is a great guy who was mislead by the VA, which he purchased the items from. Even the authorization form from the VA listed 16 items, but there were in excess of 20 items I discovered upon arrival. I encourage anybody to do business with cqupta because he was communicated very well and was cooperative when I informed him I couldn't ship
