The original shipment of the horse went well. Lou was great with my mare, and very friendly. Shipper forgot my saddle in his trailer. After getting in contact with him he said he would get it to me ASAP. A month passed and no saddle or communication. It took 2 months to finally get my saddle back and that was after many failed attempts. Only after uship stepped in did anything happen. Glad to have my saddle back but it was still a negative experience for me. Response from LMETransport: here we go again with this woman !! not a thanks but a bad feedback from positive

Rod was great to be able to do this haul for me last minute after another shipper cancelled. He got there earlier then his predicted arrival time and had all of the horses information and food ready for me when he got there. His wife and daughter were also great too! Very friendly and upbeat! I will be using them for all my shipping needs from now on! It's hard to find good people you can trust with something as special as your equine partner!! Thank you!!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services TERRIBLE. Never communicated with me that he was not picking up on the 8th. Didn't call the owners either to let them know- leaving everyone confused. He then emailed (did not call me) today and told me he had to cancel- leaving no way for my horse to get to my stable. I am on a time crunch and now am franticly searching for a shipper ASAP. Would NEVER work this this shipper ever again. Response from Horseman59: My apologies are extended to Felicia and I accept all blame in this fiasco. I have since decided to no longer remain a service provider on uship. While a great idea, I have been unable to make any real money doing this and this is the reason behind my poor preformance with Felicias' shipment. I was totally out of money and could not/would not borrow again to continue to operate. Once again I apologize to Felicia.

This was a very stressful shipment. From the arrival change, to trying to give directions it was very stressful for me, ontop of buying the horse and everything else going on it wasn't the most positive experience. I appreciate Richard going out of his way to do my shipment but feel like he didn't know the area very well and wasn't totally prepared, but thats understandable since he picked up the job last minute. When all is said and done my horse is home and doing well so I'm happy! Response from Horseman59: Felicia, Thank you for the work. I do appreciate it. You are correct, I do not know your area well but then, I don't live their like you do. Am I confused??? I thought my inquiries would be met with correct and direct directions. Now I know how to get to the farm. From here on, I will be able to drive directly there. Thank you for the experience. Many thanks Horseman59

WOW!! I can't say enough about this guy! On time, great communication, very helpful, and really had a patience and understanding during the whole process. I will be sure to use him again and tell others about him. He was able to do the haul at such short notice and took the time to stop and talk when meeting me at my stable, and then even after my horse had left he still called and kept me updated. Thanks again Stac, I will use you for many more shipments if you are able!!

I'm so thankful Shirley was able to get my horse to me when she did, It was very last minute!! Had a bit of a mix up with the old owners and Shirley that kind of through me off a little. Also only got 2 calls over the course of 6 hours. The owners said they sent the horse with 2 halters and I also didn't get those. So overall I would say the process was okay, but there seems to be a great deal of confusion with some things. My horse is home though, so I am happy! Response from krystalacreshorses: I enjoyed meeting Felicia and seeing the beautiful boarding facility. I was so tired and with confusion with traffic coming in there I forgot about the halters. I boxed them up as soon as I got home and sent them to the new owner. I hope the new horse makes Felicia happy and I would be glad to haul for her again, she was a sweet girl.
