The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Did not have ball tow hitch. Could not tow.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Initially information from Uship listing was incorrect. Unit was in Charlotte, North Carolina not Shelby, North Carolina as listed. Also due to a gasoline shortage, driver was grounded. We had no means of completing task successfully. I spoke with customer to let him that we would be happy to complete the task, but was uncertain if we could within his time frame as there was still no gas at any gas stations in several states. I attempted to have customer's storage fees waived where unit was. Response from Greg A.: Yes, Tiffany did go out of her way to get the storage fees waived for me but the company would not waive them for me. I was told on Sunday they would pick up on Monday and was told the same on Saturday before I accepted. Tiffany was great and I understand things happen but wasn’t told til Wednesday evening about the gas situation while having to pay storage fees from the week before so I’m out $100.00 extra dollars plus 25$ a day while trying to find someone else. Tiffany was very professional
