Poor Communication; 5 hours late on the pick up. I could not track my shipment. The driver was 6 to 8 hours late. He essentially opened the door and handed me a bag with the wrong items and my dog. All and all poor experience besides the fact that the dog was delivered safely which is minimum customer service.
