I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I tried to call Matt at least 5 times both his office and his cell phone. It was nowhere near his pickup date. He said he booked outside of U-ship, I'm guessing for a cheaper price. He agreed to a pickup of within 15 after booking, but then cancelled after three days.

Not true, the seller, didn't want to wait and ended selling the vehicle to someone else.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I agreed with seller to pickup vehicle by 10 pm and then seller changed his mind. I am on a tight schedule but tried to work withboth parties for a reasonable amount of time. Resulting in the shipper getting angry. Listing states (before) as to pickup date.

False, you wanted to pick up at 11pm because of being late.Not willing to pickup in the morning. Place of pick up said 11pm was too late which I agreed.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I had made multiple attempts to contact shipper with no response. Booked job with another carrier.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Shipper became very unreasonable, Several hours overdue. Then demanded to pickup the vehicle in the late hours which did not work for the seller. Asked to pick up the next morning. Demanded late or will cancel. Very unprofessional.

The seller agreed that I could pickup the Vehicle between 9 pm and 10 pm today , however some changed there mind and therefore you got mad. Sorry about the inconvenience that the seller has bestowed upon you and I wish you the best of luck in the future.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I booked this on July 21 shipper wanted time to complete other shipments then made contact. He made contact this week said maybe this weekend. I told him it had to be Thursday or Friday. Said we will shoot for that. Then today he made contact and said can do Sat or Monday which doesn't work. Disappointing.
