Although communication was good and item delivered safely, I was very dissapointed in the delays and the several changes of collection and delivery days and times. I would probably use this courier again as his communication was on the whole very good but I would hope to expect more firm arrangements to be put in place and kept to.

I am very disappointeed in this Negative Feedback, as I have a wife who frequently travels abroad at extremely short notice - effectively leaving me as a 'single parent' to try to cope with everything in
respect of the house AND 2 young children, which is
precisely why I can not, do not and will not offer,
indicate and certainly never promise a 'Next Day Delivery' sevice, over hundreds of miles and with such heavy items as old gas cookers: I will advise
customer to use Royal Mail in future!
