They kept me updated through the whole process. Pick up and delivery happened right when they scheduled it, and I had a large/heavy item that they transported across country. Super polite and professional!
I subtracted one star because my item arrived more damaged than it was before. They assured me that they picked it up in the condition they dropped it off in, but when I asked my contact at the pickup location they said the damage was not there when the item was picked it up.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I cannot give a full review of Cruzdelivery's service as we were unable to find a delivery date that worked out for such a long distance. I have knocked off a star because while communication was great when the quote was first accepted, over time I have not been able to reach him for updates.
