The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The auction had the wrong with for the customer so I can not haul it!! We both agree to cancel

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer does not want to wait any longer and wants us to cancel the shipment.
|
|
|
Point of contact at pickup was out of town for the first 5 days after booking. Impossible to pick up when nobody is there. Eugene asked us to wait to deliver because he was going to purchase more items in our area and wanted to make a full trailer load. When that fell through he expected us to deliver the next day on a weekend. We waited three additional days on his hypothetical purchases. We still delivered within the time frame estimated. Eugene lies constantly. Shipper beware!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Not good ,no communication,excuse everyday on why it never was booked.I may loose my item because of him.today at 215 I contacted him not him notifify me he had no driver.he said he’s been busy since last week dealing with a serious family issue.he should have never booked it otherwise.Things happen but wasted a whole week while there are other more reliable shippers.

They took 5 days to pick up,and changed delivery date 4 times ending up having to rent the attachment because they changed delivery date one last time.asked for 50.00 off they refused.david the owner was extremely rude.I would not recommend them.They were the worst I have used on this site.I have had many great experiences on uship.
