I did not show up at agreed upon date and time

They kept in contact the whole time delivering my puppy. Kept me updated with how he was doing as well as picture. I felt he was safe the whole time. Highly recommend, they will definitely take good care of your pet!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Jake was scheduled to be picked up today and I have been emailing the driver to get a time for pick up for Jake. I need to cancel to find someone to pick up Jake by tomorrow.
