A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Unfortunately I had an emergency and I couldn’t make it to SF last night, seller was pretty upset and disrespectful at the same time, I tried to explain to him but he started cuzzing me out.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The listing said "Needs to be in LA tomorrow". The shipper canceled on the day it was supposed to arrive. He canceled at 7am, leaving me unable to have this order fulfilled. He didn't bother to call me last night. He is very unprofessional. I will never use him again.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipment from San Francisco to NYC. Shipper refused to provide COI in time for delivery. He was disrespectful to client regarding this and cancelled delivery date numerous times. We asked to have item rerouted to another shipper in NYC to complete job, however, he was uncooperative and returned item to San Francisco. So, the sofa went from San Francisco to NYC to San Francisco, everyone's time was wasted, and we still don't really know why.
