A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This was a book it now and shipper requested pick up by the 5th of October. I had planned on picking up the morning of the 5th and was a half day ahead of schedule after 8,000 miles requested pick up a half day early. Shipper was not willing to work with this and would have left other horses on board 12 hours to wait for his pick up, did not think it was right to leave other horses on board for such a long time. The other people on this route were more than willing to work with early pick up.

Initially the transported wanted to wait till the day after the Last pick-up date. I reminded him the last pick-up date was Oct, 5th. After numerous e-mails, he said he would pick-up the horse on in the morning of October 5th and that the transporter wanted a health certificate which was another $30. Based upon that info, I notified the pick-up location and made arrangements for delivery the evening of October 5th. He wanted to keep the horse in trailer for 8 hours while he slept,plus 8 driv

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provided first said they had truck troble, then said they would pick-up a day late and did not call or show up.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Listed below is an e-mail from the shipper confirming pick-up on October 5th. Therefore he is the one who did not honor his commitment. Not only that, he wanted to pick up my horse and leave in the trailer for 14 to 16 hours. ...................................................................... David said sorry he couldn't make it work and go ahead and schedule another shipper if that is what you need to do. Jen I also have other e-mails showing he committed to a pick-up on October

Was running a half day ahead of schedule after over 8,000 miles asked for pick up half day early and customer not willing to do this. Trip would have only been extended 6 hours for rest. He wanted other horses on board to stop 14 to 16 hours to wait for his. Wouldn't have been right to other customers. This was a very difficult customer to work with and very rude through emails. Only his horse mattered.
