I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period It is unfortunate that we found this driver for our Christmas deliveries, it is time sensitive and Luis Leon did not show up at the pickup location as promised, after calling, emailing him for 24 hours with no response, I have no option but cancelling him and looking for another driver TODAY, very stressful to deal with a day before the holiday!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Driver gets email notification with shipper's contact info after each booking, you don't have to log on your uShip account to find shipper's phone number and email address, You had it in your email. I gave this driver a 2-star because he did respond to us today after he missed the pickup date with no show and no call.
