After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Customer canceled because he found out Uship takes 20% from him....Def will not use again

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider HORRIBLE.......Been on USHIP for 14 years...ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES EVER...Shipper went to get the Camper, and didnt/couldnt get it loaded on his truck because he had the wrong style hardware attached to the bed of his truck.....THEN HE STOPPED COMMUNICATING after he said he would resolve the issue with his truck...WILL NOT EVER USE THIS GUY

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Ive been on USHIP for 12 years....BY FAR 1 of the most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE'S...Shipper WAS SUPPOSED TO P/U EARLY IN THE MORNING...NEVER showed up, NEVER called, NEVER emailed, and NEVER text....IVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT HIM ALL DAY and NIGHT. Customers son took off work to arrange an easy pickup of the trailer.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time *******BAD BUSINESS DEALINGS....FIrst day he was supposed to pickup, I get a phone call saying his 7 way plug needed to be re-wired and it would take all day in the shop....I said OK...2 days later, I get another phone call, this time to cancel the shipment because he couldnt pick it up now. Not the way to do business.
