The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it This customer listed wrong dimensions for the 7' by 5' mirror, and then after a 30 phone calls over the less we can half I have only talked to his mother 5 times who said hes out of the country. I told the people at the gallery where the mirror was that I was not taking this order to days ago, they did not know how to contact him either. The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper and I agreed to have the item picked up in late March, but there was never a response or follow-up to confirm the pick-up or notice from the shipper that he planned to cancel the shipment. After giving a reasonable amount of time (six weeks) for the shipper to contact me, I am requesting cancellation of this order. Thank you for your kind attention. Respectfully, Sonny Meinhofer
