Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward After matching a shipment on UShip they told us they would not be able to pick up vehicle in 24-48 hours as originally agreed before the match was submitted. This carrier misrepresented themselves as an independent transporter prior to match being made, as soon as we made contact with them after match was made they told us they were a broker and have another MC#- which is not on their UShip profile. They are accepting cars as a Broker and not a transporter. A broker does not have the authority t

Please see profile stating other authority and also see your bid details stating we would broker out what we could not get to. Also I had a truck in the area to pick up but can't double broker!!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This shipper claimed to have an MC # but it turns out they don't. Also, they have been continually called with no return calls. In addition, they said they would pu 2 cars that we had matched on Uship, which is not happening now.

we told them we had the cargo insurance we didnt have to mc# we told them we could pick up the cars and they said we couldnt get the loads until they got the mc# we spoke to them and told them we will deliver the cars they said they couldnt do it with out mc#

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period This shipper is unprofessional, unresponsive and has no right to be shipping anything on Uship or anywhere else.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have been calling and e-mailing this shipper with no response back... They should not be approached by anyone to ship anything...They are not a professional company, and have no right to be doing business on U-ship or anywhere else.
