A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The trip needed to be delayed for 10 days due to the other horses scheduled on this trip became ill and had to postpone. The client is not able to wait for our next trip out of the area in 10 days and has relisted this shipment.

Shipper was great, very professional, obviously experienced with horses and shipping, great to communicate during long shipment, overall very good experience. Will definately use again as it is so impt. to use someone you can trust! I've lost two horses due to shipper error in the past year, so learned the hard way!
