After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I had all address/phone # information ready to send to provider this morning. Considering pickup wasn't supposed to be until 5/19, I thought I had an extra day or 2 between Wednesday and then. Guess not. Huge inconvience to our small business. Will not work with this provider again.

Untimely to constant emails for updates and information. Not working with us in the future is fine because we simply can not wait for you to eventually get around to providing us the needed information. Looks like really nice stuff, just hope next service provider has more dead time than we do.

Patrick was absolutely amazing. He was extremely flexible with our pickup/delivery dates. He handled all communication with our customers, unwrapped, and let them inspect our pieces before leaving. Will definitely be booking with Patrick in the future!
