A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved On 3/15/23 we book this load according to MR DYLAN we coud load on the way my driver was dispatch on 3/16/23 to pick up but trailer was on no condition to get any load so we canceled first driver paying $150 TONU ON 3/20/23 we dispatch another driver to pick up there was a storage fee for $251 I text Dylan to take care storage fee so driver to be able to take the trailer he told me he was not paying anything and he was reporting to uship that he pay $300 to uship. so i got to pay another $150 f

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Very poor communication and multiple lies from this Broker. They do not own the trucks or control the transport, I is a hope and prayer as to when and who is picking up your load. Was told driver is at location and after contacting auction site no driver was there. Not punctual on pickup causing storage fees. Asking to cashapp random phone numbers or threatens not to pick up loads. Very unprofessional and no accountability. Been in trucking for 10 years and would highly recommend avoiding RSC
