I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The carrier is not communicating with me after several outreaches and they told me that the pickup would be the 19th or 20th. Their voicemail inbox is full and they don't respond to emails. I need to cancel and I'm not happy about this.

Yuri worked with me to deliver a valuable antique chair to a client through delays due to extreme winter weather. As this was a route that no one else bid on (very out of the way), we had already agreed that he would hold it until he had the full load that he needed to make the run. Although he had the item in his possession for several weeks, it arrived in the same condition as when picked up. My client was thrilled and I was pleased as it cinched the sale. Brian is truly amazing! He made a very fair bid that worked perfect in my time frame and he followed through to the letter. The load was valuable antique furniture that arrived in the same condition as when picked up. Even more impressive, he picked up a pair of antique chairs for a client on the East Coast for his return trip, agreed to transport them to his hometown for a fair amount, and posted a listing on Uship to locate a shipper the for the rest of the trip! How's that for service?
