A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer needed picked up ASAP which I did not know until after bid was accepted, spoke with with customer and we plan to work together in future. Customer was very helpful and responsive

We had to wait at the pick up but the drop off was as simple as it gets in NYC traffic. Gene was super nice and friendly.
