The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipment was booked for pickup and arranged time was Sunday, then Tuesday, and now Wednesday. A local pick up came with a trailer that was too small and just to hold items in storage without transit. I specifically asked the shipper to let me know if this could not be done as the delivery date was firm for my customer. They were deceptive and broke their word and promise for delivery by the 6th of October.
