The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Jimmie listed the bid as "Provider will pick up within 14 days of booking." However, in our message exchange he said that pickup would be 3-4 days after booking. The shipment was cancelled by Jimmie 10 days after booking, although it may have been spurned from my need to have things delivered faster. Your shipment with this carrier may work out well if you don't have a time limit. But if you do, it may not. Jimmie could not keep the pre-agreed time because of issues with his truck. Response from SuthernHospitality: Due to unforseen mechanical issues with the fuel injection system & after fully explaining the issue to the customer; It's not that easy or quick to pay for mechanical work that is expensive when there isn't much revenue coming in due to this issue. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused but this type of mechanical failure is not an easy task. Thank you again for your consideration.
