The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Central Transport has a very poor record with pick up and meeting schedules and not even communicating with us to let us know they missed it and if there is a plan for future pick up. I am sitting here waiting to receive pallet and our warehouse says they are never picked up

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time My item was supposed to be picked up on Thursday 8/16/2018. It was not picked up. Called Reddawy they said it will be picked up on Friday, it wasn't. called Monday they said it will be picked up, it wasn't. Now it is Tuesday 8/21/2018, called again, they talked to terminal they don't know why it wasn't picked up.
I cancelled the pick up. This is the most un-reliable carrier so far.
