I no longer need my item(s) shipped I never heard from the shipper. By the time I needed my pup shipped I just booked a flight and delivered my dog myself.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have emailed the service provider numerous times also to inform him the phone number listed is not valid. I am boarding my dog while he waits to be picked up therefore it is also costing more money since I hve no answers as to when the dog will be picked up. This is ridiculous and unprofessional.
