A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I cancelled a shipment with Roadrunner here in UShip because they had missed pickup two days in a row and their dispatcher said their system had been hacked. She could not give me any status based on pickup number or BOL and didn't know when they could. So after I cancelled Roadrunner, I booked UPS since my customer was getting irate. A truck dispatched by Roadrunner then showed up late Thursday 9/19 and picked up the shipment anyway. So I called UPS this morning and told them not to attemp
