I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. We made several attempts to contact customer about release needed for pick up, she never returned our calls or sent paperwork. We arrive at location and they would not release shipment due to no release paperwork.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period This experience has been a nightmare. The driver was over a week late and I kept extending the pick up time for her. On the day she was supposed to pick up my puppy (today) she was unreachable. I paid the dog owner for the dog and informed the shipper that the dog was ready to be picked up. All of a sudden out of the blue she cancels? I called and called her to no answer. Texted and texted to no answer. My poor puppy is there now paid for and waiting. It's $25 for each day of "storage".

I was there to pick up the puppy and she had not paid for the puppy and im sitting waiting on her and not once did see answer me. When i canceled the shipment is when she paid for the puppy and wanted me to go back and pick up the puppy after 4 hours of waiting on her.
