The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer stated total height 11'ft, and after bid was accepted the height was changed from the original 11ft to 13ft 6in, he informed me of this through email. I told customer i would still try to do the load, but the more i think about it i do not feel comfortable with the added height. taking over passes into consideration, we just need to get it re-listed for the customer with the right dimensions so he can get his shipment completed.

Bob did a great job getting my very large boat accross the country. He picked it up on time and delivered it in perfect condition in spite of bad weather. He kept in touch the entire time. I would trust him to deliver anything that he could pull. Thanks Bob!
