The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I am a high furniture dealer and sell vintage Danish pieces with distressed leather. The service provider declined to take my shipment when they arrived for pick up. They stated that the insured value in their opinion did not match the pieces and they were concerned that the buyer could potentially reject the items upon delivery. Their concern should have been expressed earlier once they received the insured value. This would have saved me 10 days of a delayed shipment and a lot of time.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The shipper has not responded to phone calls. I have read recent reviews of this shipper and many others are making the same claim. I do not trust them with my item.
