A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved They need the items in Ohio by the end of the week and my service person did not look at the date correctly and we are unable to deliver this week

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper cancelled due to a schedule conflict. This leaves me with a problem as this is the second shipper who successfully bid on this shipment and then could not fulfill the shipment. I will likely lose a significant sale as a result and I am a small business so this is a big financial hit.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider After booking the provider notified me that he would be shipping the items in a trailer covered by a tarp. These are high end and delicate antiques and this method of shipping is not acceptable. In addition, the shipper operates solo and it is impossible to move these bookcases with only one person.
