Customer requested fast service after booking and guaranted date for deliver that he did not pay for and was not ordered . he did pay for regualar service that is not guaranteed delivery date. Response from Amir F.: lie. They picked up my car and took them over a month to deliver and I end up paying them full amount..They were keep lying to me about delivery time and I found out the truck was broken in a shop for over 3 weeks. I'm a dealer and never had an experience like this.

We have been unable to get another one back into this area to ship this for the customer. Please refund him so he can get another carrier on this soon. I am sorry for the delay that this has caused you.

Response from ronlew: Hmm, not sure why these scores are low. Picked up on time, delivered on time, with no damage to the vehicle. All I can think is that he didn't review my profile first and assumed that I was one of the major car haulers that can carry 7 cars at a time.

Horrible customer service!!!! Horrible company overall. It took them three weeks to deliver my car after they picked up. Never responded to 50 voice messages I left. Pay a little more and don't use these company.
