The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped The customer informed us that he needs this vehicle shipped between only 04/10-04/14 - and was providing only 3 business days to work on it. The customer decided not to cancel.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it So we sent a driver for this shipment Friday, he checked in to the sheppt and they are didnt pick up the load, After that we spoke with the other driver and he was able to pick it up tomorrow.
We tried to call the customer and provide him with what's going on, but he didn't pick up the phone and just canceled the load. He didnt give me response by email and didn't pick up the phone..I am not able to accept his cancellation and bad review on my Uship account. For this bad communication.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We agreed to pick up the load today and I did assign a driver, but my driver had other loads he needed to drop off before hand and client was working on a specific time frame. Witch is out of our control.
