After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I called this customer and explained to him we were running a little behind on our pick up time due to the other 12 customers we have on this trip. He then started to get upset and told me he was canceling his shipment and hung up the phone on me and texted me a very rude and disrespectful text message which I have screenshots of telling me and I quote “you shouldn’t even be a father” I take my family very seriously I did not take that kindly and I called him back with a few words for him.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I arrived at the agreed upon time and the customer was late. When he arrived, he was very hesitant to release the shipment because he thought my trailer was too full. He expressed that the desk was very expensive and that he was concerned it might get damaged in transit, so I very politely offered to cancel the shipment if he was worried about it at all and expressed only kindness and good will. He then stormed off saying, “It seems like you want to cancel. Don’t waste my time or anyone else’s!

First you mentioned pick up would be Wednesday then you change it the day before and gave a 7pm-8pm window and told me you would give me a 30 min notice... you gave me a 10 min notice and I arrived 3 min late. You then had a jam packed trailer with customers items leggo'd on top of each other with items loosely blanket wrapped. He suggested putting my desk on it's back an stacking it on top of other items that were not even strapped in. I have never encountered someone who worked like this...

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This PERSON IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! BE AWARE.... HE CANCELED ON ME LAST MINUTE ON THE PICK UP DATE (AFTER POSTPONING DAYS AGO) AND THEN PROCEEDED TO CURSE ME OUT FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! ZERO STARS... IV'E BEEN ON HERE FOR 10 YEARS OR MORE AND NEVER EVER experienced THIS KIND OF UNPROFESSIONALISM!!!!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider AJ came with a jam packed trailer and there was no space for my desk. I was not comfortable putting it in his trailer with loose straps and he wanted to put in on top of multiple other pieces... would not recommend.
