The shipment was fast, however I had a weight discrepancy from our scale to theirs and wasn't notified of the difference until 3 days after the delivery. The shipping was being paid by the person receiving the goods, and had I been notified before it was delivered I could had got reimbursed. However, due to their delay in notifying UShip and for Uship to notify me...I was screwed and stuck with the extra fees. Uship customer service was no help either. Was basically told I have no options.
