Communication from the driver needs improvement. Communication from the office was courteous, but they are not open at all times. Cross Country Auto Delivery was completed with no problems. A-grade

-- A little casual on timing of communication and uShip contract (paperwork) ... but in the end ... performed exactly as described and arrived within one-minute of the agreed upon time.
-- My part ... I was a little anxious about using someone I never met and having them pick-up / transport a big ticket item off eBay. I would definitely use again and recommend JW's services.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Transporter missed three different pick-up dates and provided a wide range of 'stories' to myself and the owner of the bike to be shipped. This has been costly in terms of time and effort ... the bike was moved to a cycle shop to accommodate the transporter on one of his missed dates. Very unprofessional.
