The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Freight was booked on morning of 5/18 but YRC failed to pick up.
Contact made with YRC morning of 5/19 and customer service provided assurance that freight was assigned for pick up prior to 5.30 pm but, again, truck was a no show.
Contact made again with YRC on morning of 5/20 and with customer service contacting the local depot direct and confirmation given by depot manager 'Alvin' that freight would be collected by 4.30 pm but, again, this did not happen.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment R&L made no attempt to collect this shipment - contacted their client service center after two days and notified that R&L had elected to cancel the shipment for no given reason and provided no reason for having not bothered to provide notification of same.
Amazing how poor their customer service was, cannot recommend R&L and will not be using this carrier again

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Supplier of equipment provided incorrect weight and dimensions for the shipment and would cause a rate increase. Freight is being reprocessed with correct information.
