Totally NOT satisfied. Had them pick up three pallets in Brea CA and delivery to Rancho Cordova CA. 2 and 1/2 pallets arrived. All pallets had been thoroughly and snuggly shrink wrapped . Somewhere in transit one pallet was damaged and at no time in transit did anyone stop and ask why one pallet was ripped open & and ask what happened. I call the service number and they put in a report and gave me the number of the Sacramento station where they had no information .
