A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The customer is right in that we did not show at agreed date and time. While in transit with another load, we did have a major truck issue that set everyones schedule behind. I went as far as to hire another truck to go and pick this boat up. An hour after driver left, he called and said he had $30 to make the trip from Conroe to Ohio. At that point, after the rescheduling glitches also, we decided to accept the cancellation without further ado.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider was to pick up Saturday before 12:00 noon was called and asked if that could be later in the day. Told them yes as long as before 5:00. Service provider called back and said it would have to be Sunday. Arrangements were made with the dealer ship for a Sunday pickup. Service provider called Sunday morning and said it would not happen until Monday morning. I called Monday morning and they said they were heading to pick up boat, called at 4:00 and said it would not happen Monday. A
