Price is low.. that's one good point.
Once shipment is booked, service provider never answered email, even after given specific instruction to check email and being asked multiple times.
Missed delivery date that was previously agreed upon and claimed that it was agreed for the following week.
No advance notice prior to delivery, I had to initiate the demand for ETA, only to find out the service provider was 1 hr away.
Motorcycle secured with side stand deployed, possibly bent.

Long delays due to mechanical problems, responses to emails were slow to no-reply. Service provided under difficult circumstances by provider, multiple mechanical failure of multiple delivery vehicles. Delivery took much longer than expected.
