The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped We were in contact with the customer about the driver being out sick. The customer indicated that they needed it up north in 7-10 days (conversation can be sent if needed as proof). Messaged the customer today to notify (two days after initial conversation was held) and they cancelled last minute saying they had already arranged for someone else to take it. We were still within the time frame.
